GROUP COACHING PROGRAMS
 
These coaching sessions meet in a small group setting to give you the opportunity to share your health challenges others. It allows you to develop a deeper connection, making your sessions more meaningful. Knowing you are not alone in your journey will help you develop the confidence and motivation to address your challenges and succeed. Greater success is achieved by the inherent accountability built into the group atmosphere. 


Spring Into Health
This program meets bi-monthly starting in January. Sessions run through June. Specific dates are determined as the program start comes closer.

Fall Back to Health

This course meets bi-monthly starting in September running through February. Specific dates are determined as September approachs.
